Man Chiropracture - Watertown, SD - Watertown Wellness & Chiropractic

Diversified Technique

This is a safe technique in which we manually place pressure through the affected segments of your vertebrate. This can restore proper movement and alignment. This is commonly associated with a “popping noise,” which is releasing gas from the joint as it is unlocked.

Drop Table

We use the drop table, or drop technique, to restore movement in fixated spinal segments. We apply pressure on various joints, and the table drops to safely adjust portions of the lower back or pelvis.

Manual Technique

Manual technique, or manual therapy is a method to release pain and tension by using the hands and fingers to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. This can help loosen up scar tissue that may build up over time.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

This treatment uses targeted electrical impulses to particular muscle group. We attach electrodes to the skin which stimulate muscle contraction. This helps to rehabilitate damaged muscles by helping to strengthen the muscles and increase mobility.

Ultrasound Therapy

We use ultrasound as a method to treat many conditions, such as osteoarthritis, myofascial pain, carpal tunnel, and various strains and sprains of muscles and ligaments. We apply a gel that is connected to a handheld device, which generates soundwaves that can vibrate through the skin, stimulating cell membranes and creating a therapeutic response.
